After listening to this album, let me tell you this: if Venom had a son, his name would be Die Hard. Their music is old school, pure and simple. From the riffs to the rhythms, all is old school. The vocalist sounds like a more aggressive Cronos. The drums play a lot of mid-paced beats and sometimes break into slow sections where they play a lot of intricate fills. I popped a major nostalgia boner after hearing some of these fills.
