If cable drums (-types) are not in use for a longer time, then they have to be brought back to the storage area. The Contractor will consider in his unit rates (if necessary) the eventually needed opening of cable ducts, technical floors and covers of cable trays, as well as closing them again after termination of the job. If the job is not finished by the end of the day then the Contractor will see to it that these are completely closed again before leaving the site for obvious safety reasons. These tasks can not be invoiced separately to the Employer by any means. The Contractor will employ all necessary equipment to install the cables in a professional way according to the rules of good workmanship. The use of cable-rollers for the installation of the cables on the cable ladders/trays is strongly recommended. This system has multiple advantages;

Wenn Kabeltrommeln (-Arten) nicht in Gebrauch sind für eine längere Zeit, dann müssen sie zurück zum Lagerplatz gebracht werden. Der Auftragnehmer wird in seiner Einheit Raten (falls notwendig) die eventuell benötigten Öffnung der Kabelkanäle, technische Böden und Deckel von Kabeltrassen sowie Schließen von ihnen wieder nach Beendigung des Auftrags zu berücksichtigen. Wenn der Auftrag nicht bis zum Ende des Tages beendete dann der Auftragnehmer wird dafür sorgen, dass diese vollständig wieder vor dem Verlassen der Website aus offensichtlichen Sicherheitsgründen geschlossen. Diese Aufgaben können nicht separat an den Arbeitgeber in Rechnung gestellt werden mit allen Mitteln. Der Auftragnehmer beschäftigen die notwendige Ausrüstung, um die Kabel in einer professionellen Art und Weise nach den Regeln der guten Verarbeitung zu installieren. Der Einsatz von Kabel-Walzen für die Installation der Kabel an den Kabelleitern / Trays wird dringend empfohlen. Dieses System hat mehrere Vorteile;

During planning and installation of the cables, all EMC-directives will be followed by the Contractor. The Contractor will respect all minimal distances between cable/signal categories as described in the technical specifications. The Contractor shall pull all cables in one length. Cable splices (joints/junctions) are not allowed on cables. Cable ends which are not connected immediately after cable installation shall be sealed off by the Contractor in a proper way and following rules of good workmanship. The Contractor will pull all cables inside the cabinets and within 0,5m of the equipments in the field. The Contractor will tag all pulled cables immediately after pulling them, on both cable ends, by means of non-losable erection resistible labels indicating the cable number.

Bei der Planung und Installation der Kabel werden alle EMV-Richtlinien durch den Auftragnehmer zu beachten. Der Auftragnehmer respektieren alle minimalen Distanzen zwischen Kabel / Signal Kategorien als in den technischen Daten beschrieben. Der Auftragnehmer trifft alle Kabel in einer Länge ziehen. Kabelspleissstellen (Gelenke / Kreuzungen) werden nicht an Kabeln erlaubt. Kabel-Enden, die nicht angeschlossen werden sofort nach der Kabelverlegung wird durch den Auftragnehmer in geeigneter Weise und folgende Regeln der guten Verarbeitung versiegelt werden. Der Auftragnehmer wird alle Kabel im Schrank ziehen und innerhalb von 0,5 m der Geräte im Feld. Der Auftragnehmer wird alle Kabel gezogen unmittelbar nach dem Ziehen sie, an beiden Kabelenden, durch unverlierbar Erektion aufhaltsame Etiketten über den Kabel-Nummer kennzeichnen.

• Provide all necessary hand-tools/equipments to connect the cables in a professional way according to the rules of good workmanship. Cable-lugs will be crimped by means of specialized hydraulic crimping tools, corresponding to the make and type of the cable lugs. (Ex. Klauke Lugs with Klauke crimping tools, Simel with Simel…) Special attention should also be made between the different crimping styles in function of the type of lug (hexagonal crimping, punch crimping…). • All cable-lugs need to be foreseen with elastic rubber sleeves (Type: “Helavia”). • All cable heads should be finished-off with sleeves. Elastic rubber sleeves (“Helavia”-type) for the smaller cables and shrinking sleeves with glue (breech type) for the larger cables. • If screenings of instrumentation cables need to be connected onto terminal strips (ex. for measuring purposes), then they have to be fed through insulating sleeves.

• Stellen Sie alle notwendigen hand-tools/equipments, um die Kabel in einer professionellen Art und Weise verbinden nach den Regeln der guten Verarbeitung. Kabel-Stollen wird gecrimpt mittels spezialisierter Preßgerät, entsprechend der Marke und des Typs der Kabelschuhe. (Ex. Klauke Spannböckchen mit Klauke Presswerkzeuge, Simel mit Simel ...) Besondere Aufmerksamkeit sollte auch zwischen den verschiedenen Stilen Crimpen in Abhängigkeit von der Art des Ansatzes vorgenommen werden (Sechskantpressung, Punsch Crimpen ...). • Alle Kabel-Ösen müssen mit elastischen Gummi-Manschetten (Typ: "Helavia") vorgesehen werden. • Alle Kabel Köpfe sollten fertig-off mit Ärmeln. Elastische Gummimanschetten ("Helavia"-Typ) für die kleineren Kabel und Schrumpfschlauch mit Kleber (Verschluss-Typ) für die größeren Kabeln. • Wenn Vorführungen von Instrumentenkabel, um auf Klemmleisten (zB für Messzwecke) angeschlossen werden müssen, dann müssen sie durch isolierende Ärmel gefüttert werden.

please send illustration/sketch on how you want the changes. Please also advice no changes on MC. And pls also advise if you have any further comment about the workmanship, fitting and measurement? If yes, please also advise to supplier for the next sampling. As supplier has taken quite a longer time on the approval sample, that ‘s really affect the production lead time. please let us know if supplier is necessary should send revised sample for your further checking ?

Als Lieferant hat recht eine längere Zeit über die Genehmigung Probe genommen, das ist wirklich Einfluss auf die Vorlaufzeit in der Produktion. lass es uns wissen, wenn Lieferanten ist notwendig, sollte überarbeitet Probe für Ihre weitere Prüfung zu schicken?
