OMG. Speedy recovery for your mother. The dog was raised obviously wrong. It lacks socialization and respect for people. I love dogs, but I can not take the dog for his behavior in protection. If anyone one of our dogs comes to the paw, yelps this and immediately goes out of the way, or he would apologize even that he was in the way. In no circumstances should a dog biting a man, unless he is trained as a guard dog. The taste of human blood does not make him a killer, but he could do it again anytime. The dog was trained and unfortunately poorly or not socialized enough. This must be made up urgently. And by then the dog is dangerous to humans, especially children. I love dogs, but I can look for an excuse for the dog.

Unter keinen Umständen sollte ein Hund beißt einen Mann, wenn er als Wachhund ausgebildet ist. Der Geschmack von menschlichem Blut macht ihn nicht ein Mörder, aber er konnte es wieder tun zu jeder Zeit. Der Hund wurde trainiert und leider schlecht oder gar nicht sozialisiert genug. Dies muss dringend gemacht werden. Und dann der Hund ist gefährlich für den Menschen, besonders Kinder. Ich liebe Hunde, aber ich kann nach einer Entschuldigung für den Hund zu suchen.
