Bei Nichtzahlung kann die Agentur nach förmlicher Mahnung des Antragstellers die betreffende Zulassung oder Genehmigung widerrufen.

(2) Im Fall der Erteilung einer vorherigen Bewilligung bewahren der Antragsteller und die zuständigen Behörden das Original oder eine Kopie des Antrags und dessen Anlagen sowie der Bewilligung mindestens drei Jahre ab dem Ende des Kalenderjahres auf, in dem die Bewilligung erteilt worden ist.

2.
