Der Vertreiber erklärt, garantiert und vereinbart, dass weder er noch einer seiner Mitarbeiter rechtswidrige oder missbräuchliche Bestechungsgelder, Provisionen, Zahlungen, Geschenke oder Wertsachen (exklusive angemessener und gewöhnlicher Geschenke von unwesentlichem Wert oder Bewirtungen, die in lokalen Geschäftsbeziehungen üblich und gesetzlich sind) Samsung, den Kunden oder ihren jeweiligen Vorstandsmitgliedern, Führungskräften, Mitarbeitern und Vertretern in Zusammenhang mit dieser Vereinbarung, der jeweiligen Bestellung oder einem Weiterverkauf der Produkte hierunter zur Verfügung gestellt oder angeboten hat oder bereitstellen oder anbieten werden.
