Natürlich hat die Kommission uns geantwortet, aber das sind Antworten, die eigentlich die selbe Frage, die man vorher gestellt hat, noch einmal provozieren, und man weiß nicht so recht, wer sich falsch ausdrückt, der Fragende oder der Antwortende, oder ob man so aneinander vorbeiredet, daß man überhaupt nicht mehr zu einer Kommunikation kommen kann, denn diese Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten gibt es offensichtlich nicht nur auf dem Postwege.

Of course the Commission has sent us replies, but the replies are such as to raise yet again the question that had already been asked, and we cannot really tell who is failing to express themselves clearly, the people asking the questions or the people giving the replies, or indeed whether we are simply talking at cross purposes, so that we are really no longer able to communicate at all, because obviously such difficulties in communication do not occur only in the postal services.

Auf Ersuchen sollte möglichst schnell geantwortet werden, und es sollte das Prinzip des "einzigen Schalters" angewandt werden, das heißt der Fragende sollte im gegebenen Fall an die richtige Institution verwiesen wird.

Petitions should be replied to as quickly as possible and on the so-called one-centre principle, in other words by referring the petitioner, if necessary, to the appropriate institution or organ.

Ich stimme der Kommissarin voll und ganz zu: Wenn Delegationen des Ausschusses für Beschäftigung und soziale Angelegenheiten mit ihren Partnerausschüssen oder mit Ausschüssen für europäische Angelegenheiten in den nationalen Parlamenten zusammentreffen und diese nach ihrer Beteilung an den nationalen Aktionsplänen zum Beispiel auf dem Gebiet der Beschäftigung oder der sozialen Integration befragen, ernten sie nur fragende Blicke, weil die Betreffenden nie davon gehört haben. Ihre Regierungen hatten sie nicht mit einbezogen.

I thoroughly concur with the Commissioner: when the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs has been on delegations to various Member States and met its partner committees or European Affairs Committees in the national parliaments and asked them about their involvement in the national action plans- on employment or social inclusion, for example- it has received blank looks, because they have never heard of it: it is not something in which their government has involved them.

Aus unserer (Jürgen & meiner) Sicht war das Dokument dann am 29.11.2012 um 14:39 Uhr abgabebereit für beide beteiligte Parteien (LOC & SER). Was darüber hinaus notwendig ist, wie z.B. aktualisierte Anschreiben etc., liegt außerhalb der Verantwortung des LOC wie auch SER Engineering. Wenn dann es immer noch notwendig ist, Telefonate auf die letzte Minute hin zu führen / solche Mails wie unten zu schreiben, zeigt dies leider, daß sich die Verantwortlichen im Vertrieb beider Seiten besser vorher abstimmen müssen, was, wann, wie und wer noch zu tun hat. Lessons learnt - bereits jetzt und mal wieder - sprecht dies bereits rechtzeitig vorher ab! Fragende Grüße, Jens

From our (Jackson & my) view the document agreed levy for both involved parties (LOC & SER) then on the 29.11.2012 at 2: 39 pm. What in addition necessary, as E.g. updated letter etc., is located outside the responsibility of the LOC as well as SER engineering.
 If then it is still necessary to write calls to the last minute to lead / such mails like the one below, it unfortunately shows that those responsible for the distribution of both sides better before must vote what is, when, how and who has yet to do.
