Herr Präsident, ich möchte noch einmal darauf verweisen, daß Quoten für europäische Werke, die Anwendung der Richtlinie über video on demand und Maßnahmen zur Förderung unabhängiger Produktionen kein innereuropäischer Protektionismus sind.
