Die zweite Erfahrung ist, dass es Sinn macht, sich nicht ermüden und nicht enttäuschen zu lassen, dass es Sinn macht, sich nicht entmutigen zu lassen, und dass es mich in meiner alten Ansicht bestätigt, dass Sisyphus des Schutzpatron Europas ist.

The second experience which I would like to share with you is this: it is important not to become exhausted or disenchanted, and it is important not to lose heart. I have long believed that Sisyphus is the patron saint of Europe, and this whole experience bears this out.

Ich habe das Lied nach dem Vorbild des Mythos Sisyphus, dem Stein, gemacht. Ich konnte es mit einem Wort ausdrücken.
