Das ist ein Versäumnis, denn nicht nur innerhalb, sondern auch außerhalb der EU werden Frauen immer noch zu selten über den regulären Weg eingebunden, um an der Ausgestaltung der Politik mitzuwirken.

This is a failing, because not only within the EU, but also outside it, women are still not being involved enough via the traditional routes to be able to help shape policy.
