Alle Verweise auf die Mitgliedstaaten im Protokoll über die Vorrechte und Befreiungen (nachstehend "Protokoll" genannt) sind so zu verstehen, dass auch die Schweiz einbezogen ist, sofern nicht in den nachstehenden Bestimmungen etwas Anderes festgelegt ist.

Wherever the Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Communities (hereinafter called the Protocol) contains references to Member States, the references are to be understood to apply equally to Switzerland, unless the following provisions determine otherwise.

Es ist klar, dass die gegenwärtigen' Clubmitglieder' einen Vorschlag unterbreitet haben, der in erster Linie sie selbst und ihre Vorrechte gleichsam vor den Vorrechten derjenigen, die erst später diesem' Club' beitreten werden, schützt.
