Ich stimme Ihnen vollkommen zu, doch haben zahlreiche Mitglieder die Meinung vertreten, daß der Vorsitz, wenn er sieht, daß sich jemand zur Geschäftsordnung zu Wort meldet, diesem das Wort erteilen muß.

I agree with you but numerous Members have said that when the Chair sees someone wishing to make a point of order, he has to take that point of order. We have to have some clarity.
