We also welcome the adoption by the UN Human Rights Commission on 2 April 1998 of a resolution which calls for countries that have not yet abolished the death penalty to apply a moratorium on the execution of death penalties with a view to abolition.

However, dozens of innocent people have been executed and so it is unacceptable that at the end of this century the death penalty has still not been abolished.

(69) It explains that it is now suffering another kind of loss resulting from the changes to the pricing policy of CELF, which it has been applying "for at least two years terms that discourage small accounts" [18], [19]. Now that CELF only receives a symbolic part of the disputed grants, and especially since they were completely abolished in 2002, small accounts are requesting SIDE' s services. This new demand causes further loss for the company, "since the most interesting customers are also those who have a large volume of orders".

So würden von Kleinabnehmern, seitdem die CELF nur noch einen symbolischen Teil der beanstandeten Subventionen erhalten habe, und in verstärktem Maße seitdem diese Subventionen 2002 vollständig gestrichen wurden, die Dienste der SIDE in Anspruch genommen. Durch diese neue Nachfrage entstünde ihr ein weiterer Schaden, "da die interessantesten Kunden diejenigen mit einem großen Auftragsvolumen sind".
