Due to age of seal strips ( 100.000 operating hours) there is a high risk of further seal strip disruptions with secondary damages in steam circuit, if turbine is operated in this condition. As secondary damage other seal strips and vanes could be damaged. The efficiency of the turbine will be reduced by steam leaks in blading labyrinth area. Leaky seal shells heat the bearings, which leads to oil carbonization and could cause misalignment. Internal steam leaks at the balance piston in crease the thrust, which affects the thrust bearing.

Aufgrund ihres Alters von Dichtstreifen (100.000 Betriebsstunden) besteht ein hohes Risiko einer weiteren Dichtleiste Störungen mit Folgeschäden im Dampfkreislauf, wenn Turbine in diesem Zustand betrieben wird. Als sekundäre Schäden, Dichtleisten und Flügel beschädigt werden könnte. Der Wirkungsgrad der Turbine wird durch Dampf Lecks in Beschaufelung Labyrinth Bereich reduziert werden. Leaky Dichtung Muscheln erwärmen die Lager, die Öl-Karbonisierung führt und konnte Fehlausrichtung verursachen. Interne Dampf Undichtigkeiten an der Ausgleichskolben in Steigerung der Schub, der das Drucklager beeinflusst.
