Today, the reality is that barbarism has engulfed many of these countries.However, when I hear people here saying that we need to help the Africans -although what does that really mean, if not advising them and arming them, which is tantamount to neocolonialism? -I am afraid that what people really want, in a very hypocritical fashion, is to impose a new colonialism that will cause more deaths than the old.

In Wirklichkeit hat die Barbarei heute viele dieser Gebiete zerstört, so daß ich, wenn ich hier höre, man müsse den Afrikanern jetzt helfen -aber was heißt " den Afrikanern helfen " anderes, als sie zu beraten, zu bewaffnen, was in der Tat Neokolonialismus ist -, wenn ich dies also höre, habe ich Angst, daß man hier in Wirklichkeit, auf sehr heuchlerische Weise, einen Neokolonialismus einführen möchte, der viel mehr Tote mit sich bringen würde als die frühere Kolonisierung.
