The purchased male cat is to be used as a breeding cat in the buyers breeding program ONLY and it cannot be lent for mating with females form outside the buyer's cattery. Every time the buyer breaches this restriction or tries to bypass it (e.g. when an ownership of a female from outside the cattery is fictionally handed over to the owner of the purchased male cat just for the time of mating and nursing the offsprings) he will be punished with a fine of five thousand Euro on the breeders account as soon as the information confirming the unlawful manipulation is confirmed.
