All teams were asked to identify what works well and improvement areas for Procurement v2.0, ideas to be input to the 2013 Business plan preparation. In addition to the discussions within Procurement, BDs and SFs have been asked to give their corresponding view on next steps for Procurement. PLT is having a session first week of September to discuss all input. The result from that session will be a fine tuned strategy for Procurement in alignment with Vattenfall's overall strategy and targets.
