A limited number of Member States are in favour of providing extensive information to the public on both administrative and judicial inquiries throughout the process, from the opening of an investigation to publication of information on an inquiry once it has been closed.

3. (3) Die Auftraggeber, die Dienstleistungsaufträge der Kategorie Nummer 8 des Anhangs XVI Teil A, auf die Artikel 20 Absatz 2 Buchstabe b) anwendbar ist, vergeben, brauchen bezueglich Anhang XV Nummer 3 nur die Hauptbezeichnung des Auftragsgegenstands gemäß der Klassifizierung des Anhangs XVI anzugeben. Die Auftraggeber, die Dienstleistungsaufträge der Kategorie Nummer 8 des Anhangs XVI Teil A, auf die Artikel 20 Absatz 2 Buchstabe b) nicht anwendbar ist, vergeben, können die Angaben nach Anhang XV Nummer 3 beschränken, wenn Bedenken hinsichtlich des Geschäftsgeheimnisses dies notwendig machen. Sie müssen indessen dafür sorgen, daß die nach dieser Nummer veröffentlichten Angaben mindestens ebenso detailliert sind wie die Angaben in der Bekanntmachung eines Aufrufs zum Wettbewerb nach Artikel 20 Absatz 1 oder, im Fall eines Prüfungssystems, zumindest ebenso detailliert wie die unter Artikel 30 Absatz 7 fallende Kategorie. Bei den in Anhang XVI Teil B genannten Fällen geben die Auftraggeber in ihrer Bekanntmachung an, ob sie mit der Veröffentlichung einverstanden sind.

A web-based search for all types of articles published was initiated using Medline/Pub Med, with the key words such as oral cancer, alcohol consumption, genetic polymorphisms, tobacco smoking and prevention. The search was restricted to articles published in English, with no publication date restriction (last update 2010).
