The city centre, now UNESCO World Heritage, remained mainly the same. Cuzco is told to be laid out by the Incas to resemble a puma, with its head being Sacsayhuamán (the hill on the upper edge, left from the middle) and its body extending to the south-east.

Cusco wurde von den Inka angeblich in Form eines Pumas angelegt, dessen Kopf Sacsayhuamán (der Hügel am oberen Rand, links der Mitte) bildete und Körper in südöstlicher Richtung ausgestreckt war.

- Control room: • The control room has to come with the following devices: o Big screen, width: 4 m and hight: 1,5 m from “Jungmann Systemtechnik” o Sound-absorbtion  The CCS has to be equipped inside the control room and in the area next to the control room with sound-absorbing measures in order to keep disturbing noises as low as possible. o Command desks from “Jungmann Systemtechnik” with electrical hight adjustment.  The control room needs to come with three command desks which need to be placed semicircular towards the big screen. If necessary a second row can be placed behind. o 24/7 chairs (24 Stunden fähige Stühle)  The chairs in the control room have to be laid out for 24 hour work on every day of the year.

- Leitstand: • Die Leitstelle hat mit den folgenden Geräten kommen: o Große Leinwand, Breite: 4 m und Höhe: 1,5 m von "Jungmann Systemtechnik" o Sound-Absorption  Die CCS muss in der Steuerung ausgestattet werden Raum und in den Bereich neben der Leitwarte mit schallabsorbierenden Maßnahmen, um störende Geräusche so gering wie möglich zu halten. o Befehl Schreibtische aus "Jungmann Systemtechnik" mit elektrischer Höhenverstellung.  Die Leitwarte muss mit drei Befehl Schreibtische, die platziert in Richtung der großen Leinwand halbrunden werden müssen kommen. Bei Bedarf kann ein zweiter Reihe hinter platziert werden. o 24/7 Stühle (24 Stunden fähige Stühle)  Die Stühle in der Leitwarte müssen für 24 Stunden Arbeit an jedem Tag des Jahres verlegt werden.
