Gleichwohl kann die zuständige Behörde die Implantation des Transponders an einer anderen Stelle des Halses genehmigen, sofern eine solche alternative Methode nicht das Wohl des Tieres beeinträchtigt und nicht die Gefahr einer Migration des Transponders im Vergleich zu der Methode gemäß Unterabsatz 1 erhöht.
