As we discussed on the roof, since the decision was made to go directly to a permanent repair rather than temp bracing and reinforcement we are working a project to contract out the repair/replacement of the roof. Our Total Maintenance Contractor (TMC) does not have the in-house capability to initiate a permanent fix.
