The aim is to list all significant intra-group transactions (IGT) to assess the inter-connectivity of the capital/assets/liabilities within the group. There are 4 templates on IGT (IGT1-IGT4). IGT4 reports all other material IGT that are not reported in IGT1 to IGT3, including IGT on internal cost sharing, contingent liabilities (other than derivatives) and off balance sheet items.

Es gibt 4 Vorlagen, mit IGT (IGT1-IGT4). IGT4 meldet alle anderen Material IGT, die nicht in IGT1 werden IGT3 gemeldet, darunter IGT auf interne Aufteilung der Kosten, Eventualverbindlichkeiten (ausgenommen Derivate) und Posten unter der Bilanz.

Other contingent liabilities and off balance sheet items that are not derivative financial instruments or guarantees and which are not reported in IGT2 are to be reported here. Supplementary qualitative information will be particularly useful here especially for less common IGT where the fields in IGT4 may not be adequately capture the risk profiles of such IGT. However, whether supplementary information is needed will be determined on a case by case basis by the group supervisor and college.

Sonstige Eventualverbindlichkeiten und Posten unter der Bilanz, die nicht derivativen Finanzinstrumenten oder Garantien und die nicht in IGT2 gemeldet sind, hier zu melden. Zusätzliche qualitative Informationen sind besonders nützlich, hier vor allem für weniger häufige IGT, wo die Felder in IGT4 möglicherweise nicht adäquat erfassen die Risikoprofile solcher IGT. Ob jedoch ergänzender Informationen bedarf auf einer von Fall zu Fall durch die Gruppenaufsicht zuständigen Behörde und Hochschule festgelegt werden.
