The French authorities, in collaboration with the authorities in the other states involved, shall settle cases of double taxation of salaries and emoluments received by foreign officials seconded to the organisation.

Die Französisch Behörden, in Zusammenarbeit mit den Behörden in den anderen beteiligten Staaten, so regeln Fälle von Doppelbesteuerung der Gehälter und Bezüge von ausländischen Beamte, die zu der Organisation aufgenommen.

EUNAVFOR personnel shall be exempt from any form of taxation in the Host State on the salary and emoluments paid to them by EUNAVFOR or the Sending States, as well as on any income received from outside the Host State.

Het EUNAVFOR-personeel is vrijgesteld van elke vorm van belasting in de gaststaat over het salaris en de emolumenten die EUNAVFOR of de zendstaten aan het personeel betalen, evenals van iedere belasting op inkomsten die van buiten de gaststaat worden ontvangen.

(8) Die Mitglieder des EUNAVFOR-Personals sind im Aufnahmestaat von jeder Form der Besteuerung der Gehälter und Bezüge, die sie von der EUNAVFOR oder den Entsendestaaten erhalten, sowie der Einkünfte, die sie aus Quellen außerhalb des Aufnahmestaats beziehen, befreit.
