Each participating NCB shall, by virtue of this provision and without any further formality or act being required, be considered to have either transferred or received on 1 January 2007 the absolute value of the claim (in euro) shown next to its name in the fourth column of the table in the Annex to this Decision, whereby "-" shall refer to a claim that the participating NCB shall transfer to the ECB and "+" to a claim that the ECB shall transfer to the participating NCB.

Januar 2007 den neben ihrem Namen in der vierten Spalte der Tabelle im Anhang dieses Beschlusses aufgeführten absoluten Wert der Forderung (in Euro) übertragen oder erhalten hat, wobei sich "-" auf eine Forderung bezieht, die die teilnehmende NZB an die EZB überträgt, und "+" auf eine Forderung, die die EZB an die teilnehmende NZB überträgt.

from our side of the contract is with sending by E-Mail binding regardless of when you will receive the hard copies. Usually it takes a few days till we have signed them. Our director is on vacation this week, therefor he can´t sign before next Monday. But this is only a mere formality.

Von unserer Seite aus dem Vertrag ist mit dem Versenden von E-Mail verbindlich unabhängig davon, wann Sie die Papierform erhalten. Normalerweise dauert es ein paar Tage, bis wir sie unterzeichnet haben. Unser Direktor ist im Urlaub in dieser Woche, kann er dafür nicht vor dem kommenden Montag unterzeichnen. Aber das ist nur eine reine Formsache.
