The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, supervision, tools, parts, materials, general and specialized equipment, electronic communication, reporting, and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and on-call repairs on the facilities and equipment as listed on the inventory/density list. The contractor shall have adequate maintenance and repair facilities to allow repairs to be carried out on several items of equipment simultaneously.
