7. The Parties agree that the owner of all confidential information is only FIDLOCK. Under the agreement, acquires no rights to such Party II confidential information unless it is expressly agreed by contract. Party II acknowledges that all confidential information are FIDLOCKs protected legal interests and may not be used without the consent of FIDLOCK in any way whatsoever.
